1. Sequential and Intelligent Task Assignment: At Delego, we understand the importance of task management, which is why we have developed two new modes of intelligent assignment:
- Sequential Assignment (Round Robin): Equitably distributes the workload among your team. Each task is sequentially assigned to each agent, ensuring fair distribution by the end of the day.
- Intelligent Sequential: Goes further by considering the distance to your customer. Delego will assign the first order to the nearest agent, the second to the second nearest agent, and so on. We achieve a balance between workload distribution and reduced customer response time.
These modes will help you efficiently manage your workforce, providing equity and effectiveness in task assignment.
2. Reasons for Status Changes: At Delego, transparency is key. Now, you can easily identify the reasons why a task was not completed. Configure status change reasons from the web platform and assign them a specific status. Each time an agent makes a status change, they will indicate the reason. For example, if an order is rejected, you could configure reasons such as inability to contact the person at their residence. This information will be recorded, allowing you to maintain detailed control and real-time tracking of all activities in the field.
