Last-Mile platform this January, aiming to make our customers feel increasingly
connected and satisfied with our tools. Take a look at these exciting updates!
1. Geocoding Feedback: Our geocoding feature has become even more
incredible. Not only does it help you find coordinates quickly, but it also
provides feedback on location quality. We categorize the information into four
levels for better understanding:
On-Site: Exactly where you need to be.
- Nearby: At least on the same street.
- Not so close: This level indicates that the requested address couldn't
be found, perhaps because it's too general.
- Off the grid: Refers to tasks without addresses or those that are
unintelligible to the system, hence not locatable.
For the last two categories, you can easily adjust the location on a map, and voila! You'll have a perfectly geocoded database. This streamlines task management and ensures high-quality delivery.
2. Smart Dispatch and Drive Time Posts:
- Smart Dispatch: Imagine setting drive-time rings. When a task comes in,
Delego automatically shares it with nearby agents. If no one takes it within a
set time, it moves to the next ring. It couldn't be easier!
- Drive Time Posts: Group orders by area and automatically assign them to the nearest agent. Less stress for you, more efficiency for everyone!
These features will reduce delivery times, make smarter use of
resources, and achieve a higher level of customer satisfaction. At Delego, we
